Called Santa Chimney Sweep to service our flue and look at some cracked firebox on panels. The technician, Avram, came out and performed a thorough inspection of the fireplace and flue and gave some recommendations which we followed. Avram s extremely polite and very professional. He took great pains to ensure we understand the process and in setting our expectations. We could. not be happier. Cleaning and repairing a fire place and flue is an exceptionally messy process. Avram made sure to isolate the fire place and protect our flooring and furniture from any soot or creosote residue. When the job was complete, our home was spotless. No ash or dust anywhere. I would like to thank Santa Chimney Sweep for the awesome job they did on my chimney, as you can see below the kind of shape it was in. I actually was just getting a quote for a cleaning which it hadn’t had in years and I was shown the picture of my chimney, they gave me a quote on both and as I accepted the quote they went straight to work on the deep cleaning and set up a date for the repairs. Best overall experience ever. I diligently research needs, methods, pricing, and even folklore about services I have performed at my home. Santa chimney sweep was the only certified chimney company I could find in the area, now I know why, I met Noam and (lets face it) I was watching carefully with high interest, hoping to not be rude or interfere. Wow! Incredible job done by the Santa Chimney team! From the first inspection to finishing the job Abraham and Alex were great to work with. Abraham explained the issues to me clearly and was able to complete the work at a fair price. Alex was quick, nice, and went above and beyond to make sure all parts of my fireplace looked great - even painting a rusty outside ash catcher to match the trim on my house. They also got me in very fast during an very busy time for them (I needed a full fire box replacement and repair to gas line, sweep, and a chimney cap - lots of work!). On the coldest day of the year we realized our Fireplace wasn't working correctly. Called up Santa Chimney Sweep and they were able to come out same day. Noah came in and was professional, personable, and super helpful. Was able to diagnose and fix our fireplace's gas pipe starter quickly and efficiently. He did a thorough inspection of our fireplace and chimney, even getting on our roof to verify that everything was working properly. He identified some issues we'll have to look at over time, and was able to fix our pressing need immediately. Honestly had the best experience I've had with a contractor with Santa Chimney Sweep! We figured out we had a problem and weren't sure what it was. I sent in a message and was contacted by a real person the next day. We set up a time and they showed up on time AND called me to give me a heads up (way more than I've got from others). They analyzed the problem, gave me options, and even helped me split out the work so I could manage it with my budget. They just returned for the work (on time and with notice) and got everything done without a hitch and everything is spotless. I worked with Alex to address safety issues with my gas log fireplace (converted before I purchased from wood burning). There were cracks, a damper that didn’t work, and the gas log system was decades old and didn’t radiate heat into the room. Alex was amazing! He was very communicative and took me through all my options, working with me to get my work done quickly and at a fair price. I love the finished fireplace! With a new gas log system, the fireplace actually heats the room now, and all the cracks have been sealed. We took out the old damper and put in damper cap. Everything looks and works great. I can honestly say this was a great experience! You never know if people are trying to rip you off in this business, but these guys were so professional and straightforward. They told me exactly what to expect before they even arrived. They showed up on time, they called me to let me know when they’re on their way. They told me what needed to be done, even when I thought I might have to pay for something to be replaced, they just fixed it for me and didn’t charge me. I highly recommend Santa Chimney Sweep. The owners are very responsive, professional and nice. Their most impressive quality, however, is their knowledge of fireplaces and city codes. Another company had told me that they would cover the wood frame of my fireplace with stone to make it safe. This information was not only against city code, but extremely dangerous to me and my family. I recently had Santa Chimney Sweep check the fireplace in my new home and they found and repaired a small leak inside. I feel much safer knowing they inspected everything so thoroughly. ~ F. H

2 weeks ago I was on my roof to trim some branches over the chimney, and I discovered that the “concrete”’ crown on top of my stone chimney had become very brittle, and with just a little pressure I put a 6” hole through the concrete. Santa Chimney was called into inspect the chimney top to bottom and provide a quote. Their expertise uncovered that all the bricks were also loose in my firebox. Thus I moved forward with 3 things: new mortar crown, firebox bricks re-jointed and chimney clean. Outstanding quality work. ~ Kevin M

We had a fireplace that was unused for 8 years. Asked for quotes and got a huge range of very unreasonable quotes just to come out and inspect. Santa Chimney offered to come out for free and give a quote. Two gentlemen showed up, both very respectful and professional. They checked the fireplace was working, tested for leaks, cleaned the chimney, even flew a drone on the roof to inspect the chimney. Their quotes were very reasonable. Santa Chimney Sweep replaced our chimney chase cover. During a chimney cleaning, another company noted that our original one would leak small amounts of water into the flue - not good. It appears the original builder did shoddy work. Santa Chimney replaced it with a properly built and fitted one. I had such a pleasant experience with Santa chimney sweep. I moved into my home three years ago, and never had my chimney swept. I had smoke coming back into my house when I lit a fire so I called Santa chimney sweep to see if they can diagnose the issue. It turns out my chimney has never been cleaned in the 15 years, since the house was built. The chimney was extremely dirty, and also had cracks throughout the fireplace. Noah with Santa chimney sweep came out quickly and conducted a thorough inspection and provided me a report of the issues I had. I proceeded to move forward with masonry repairs in my fireplace and the cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier. They showed before and after pictures of the inside of the chimney and did an amazing job in the fireplace as well. They were professional, clean, and extremely friendly on top of all of that. As a contractor myself, I’m constantly let down by other service companies and contractors. It was refreshingly not the case with Santa chimney sweep. I cannot recommend them enough.
